Wanted to share a great episode of the 'White on Black' podcast with you. The podcast covers topics such as marketing, branding, and strategy. In this episode, Roy Ribak talks with Michael Krichely about why people don't achieve their goals and what they should be doing to accomplish them.

The following are a few highlights, but I recommend listening to the full episode (please note that this podcast is in Hebrew).

🚫 Why don't you achieve your goals?

1. There was no goal set or the goal you set was unclear

2. The goal was too far away, or it was too long-term

3. It has been incorrectly defined - it is not specific, it is not measurable, it lacks timeframes, it is not inspiring, and it is written in the future tense or in negative terms.

🎯 Now, what do you do?

✅ Define your goal in the present tense and use positive language

✅ You should start with an inspiring long-term goal.

✅ Setting smaller yearly goals will allow you to reach your long-term goals.

✅ Identify a short-term, 90-day goal that will represent a 20% improvement over the current state.

✅ Define daily objectives based on the 90-day goal.
